The repainting of the bridge over the High St. in Hungerford a few years ago in GWR lined livery May have seemed at the time a nostalgic irrelevance but now has renewed significance with the relaunch of the FGW franchise, as would be the case wherever the original GWR markings still appear on railway infrastructure. The world of the new franchise is emphasised by the wrap on Class 43 No. 43146 caught in time at speed on the bridge on 27th September 2015.
