BR Class 08 shunters in the service of Foster Yeoman at Merehead Quarry on 14th April 1977. No. 33 Mendip and No. 22 Merehead bring forward the next rake of empties for loading while Class 45/0 No. 45075 couples up to its next loaded stone train, ready to reverse round the triangle before setting off in the direction of Wanstrow and the West of England main line. No. 22 (D3002) and No. 33 (D3044/08032) have both survived through to preservation, the latter still carrying its name from Foster Yeoman days.
