EE Class 37/0 No. 37070 passing Great Heck with a southbound ECML freight consisting mainly of vans on the evening of 9th June 1975. This was the location of the fatal Heck rail disaster on 25th February 2001. The area to the right is now the location of the Plasmor building block factory and sidings.
