South Western Railway 158886 emerges from Bincombe Tunnel with the (14:12) Yeovil Junction to Weymouth on 14th July 2018. Earlier in the day the two-car Class 158 had been paired with 159014 on what was then a newly introduced through service from Salisbury to the Swanage Railway via Weymouth. On arrival at the latter, in true 'Southern' style, the five-car consist was split into two with the Class 159 continuing onto Corfe Castle via Wareham. Later, 158886 and 159014 would be reunited and return to more familiar territory by way of working as the (16:54) Weymouth to London Waterloo via Yeovil.
