Ex CPR F7 #4069 leading the #2860 excursion on 15 Apr 2007 back from White Rock BC to Vancouver through the suburb of New Westminster . # 4069 is leading as there was no turning facilities in White Rock & #2860 was unable to enter the US to turn. 15 April 2007.
