Built in 1921 by err, Stuart & Co. Ltd. for use on the Corris Railway, and was purchased by the Talyllyn in 1951 and named after the TR's former manager. No. 4 is seen running as Peter Sam, at Nant Gwernol, just after arriving with the 11:40 'The Quarryman' from Tywyn Warf.
