On the 11th June 1985 to mark the 300th anniversary of the regiment Peak class No. 45143 was renamed 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragon Guards by the Duchess of Westminster. The ceremony was held at Waterloo Station four days before the 170th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo. The loco was specially prepared by Toton and worked in on the 05:48 Exeter - Waterloo service. It returned on the 13:10 Waterloo - Exeter service, On a very dull afternoon it is seen approaching Byfleet on the return journey.
