GWR 3700 Class 4-4-0 No. 3717 ‘City of Truro’ and GWR 7800 Class 4-6-0 No. 7827 ‘Lydham Manor’ are double-headed with a short passenger service during the GWR 175 Extravaganza event on the 8th May 2010. Seen here breaking out of the treeline, having left Oxford Road Station, even on this short run the pair make for an impressive sight.
