DRS No. 37409 leads Inspection Saloon 975025 'Caroline' out of Swansea, running as 2Z38, 1016 Haverfordwest to Shrewsbury on 22nd June 2010. The set would reverse at Loop West to enable the inspection saloon to lead. In the event, the loco failed at Abergavenny.
