It is fairly unusual to find a Class 67 stabled at York station. On 22nd October 2010, No. 67017 'Arrow' stands adjacent to platform 11, the likely explanation is that it will take over from Peppercorn-designed A1 Class Pacific No. 60163 'Tornado' on the 'Royal Borderer' charter from Edinburgh, prior to returning the special to Doncaster.
