Near the end of the day, and seemingly much to the delight of waiting commuters, GWR Castle Class No. 5043 ‘Earl of Mount Edgcumbe’ powers through Didcot with the return leg of ‘The Bristolian’. Seen here running between Bristol Temple Meads and London Paddington, on 17th April 2010, as part of the Great Western Railway’s 175 Anniversary celebration.
