The main attraction at the Foxfield Steam Railway is the 1 in 19 climb out of Foxfield Colliery to Dilhorne Park which became the focus of attention during the Gala event held on July 21 / 22. The guest locomotive for the event was RSH 7673 0-6-0T restored to its original 1950s Stewarts & Lloyds Mineral condition in unlined green and this was used for a photo charter on July 21; the ;ocomotive is seen drifting down the bank on its arrival from Caverswall as a prelude to working the charter services before the gala officially opened.
