Ex-GWR King Class 4-6-0 No. 6024 King Edward I is seen passing Leicester Junction, Burton-on-Trent on 1st February 1990 with an 11-coach 08:30 Derby to Banbury 'steam test special'. The building to the left of the locomotive is the former Burton steam shed, closed in September 1966 but since closure a local engineering company had taken the premises over for use as a pattern store.
