Hastings DEMU No. 202001 is seen after arriving back at London Waterloo with No. 203001 on a Southern Electric Group railtour, The Hastings Diesel Swansong on 8th August 1987. The tour started at London Charing Cross and visited Hastings, St Leonards Depot, Weymouth Quay and the Whatley Quarry branch and was one of the last railtours performed by this class of units in British Rail service.
