Around 350 - 400 locomotives are stored in the yard at Sotteville, Rouen, France due to reduced traffic levels, seen here on Monday 29th April 2013. Some of locomotives (diesels & electrics) are in this picture, with the nearby Sotteville, Quatre Mares, Workshop starting to cut them up for spares and export scrap with a target of 150 a year.
