"Class J72 0-6-0T No. 69023 'Joem' on a Light-engine unscheduled positioning manoeuvre, prior to banking with the 2P07 12.35 Service from Grosmont to Pickering hauled by LNER Pacific Class A4 Pacific Pacific No. 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley on Saturday 11th May 2013, the penultimate day of the NYMR 40th Anniversary Festival & Spring Steam Gala. Joem had been in the Headshunt for over 2 1/2 hours and required urgent water replenishment (the Levisham Station hosepipes apparently did not provide sufficient replacement water!). A trip to Pickering Station as a banker on the 2P07 Service was therefore arranged at short notice, so that Joem could subsequently return to Levisham and resume 'Afternoon Tea' duties as soon as possible."
