Metrolink Phase 3b in Oldham. The new alignment parallel to Featherstall crosses West Street south of the town centre. Work is still in progress though the tracks are now in situ and the wires up.
The diversionary route through the town centre will result in the closure of the present route through Oldham Mumps which follows that old L&Y/LMS/BR route.
