Work at Gravesend in Kent to install the new footbridge took place this weekend. The station is being rebuilt to take 12 coach trains and the up main line will be taken out and another platform installed. The old southern footbridge will be removed and donated to a Heritage Railway in due course, seen here on 17th November 2013.
