Metrolink M5000 Series tram No. 3014 leaves the Smith St, Rochdale, terminus on the single line section across South Parade to Drake St. Rochdale on 29th March 2014 on a ghost service, two days before the commencement of the service through to Rochdale Town Centre beyond the Rochdale Railway Station terminus. This is the final section of the Oldham/Rochdale line.
