'Western' No.D1023 Western Fusilier is pictured on display at the ACORP event at Norwich on 24th September 2005. The diesel-hydraulic entered BR stock on 23rd September 1963 at 86A Cardiff Canton and was withdrawn on 27th February 1977. It worked the last revenue earning service by a 'Western' locomotive for BR on 23rd February 1977 and is now part of the National Collection.
