Direct Rail Services Class 20's Nos. 20308 and 20305 cross the pointwork at the north of Crewe to take the Manchester line while departing with Pathfinder Tours 'The Topper Chopper' charter from Crewe to Clitheroe Castle Cement Works. Class 37/4 No. 37419 was attached to the rear of the train on 31st May 2014.
