Standing in the yard at Buckfastleigh on the South Devon Railway is Class 50 No. 50002 Superb on Friday 22nd August 2014, the day after her owners, the Devon Diesel Society Limited's AGM held at Staverton station. The Chairman Andy Matthews, informed the meeting that there was at least a further two years of hard work for the volunteers before this loco's refurbishment is complete. A goal to which all members are looking forward.
