The Llangollen Railway officially opened its extension from Carrog to Corwen on 1st March 2015 when 2885 Class 2-8-0 3802 worked a special train in top n tail mode with 5101 Class 2-6-2T 5199. The opening special approaches Corwen East which will be the terminus until the permanent is completed some 300 yards further on.
