BR Class 02 0-4-0DM No. D2858 was one of 20 locos built between 1960 and 1961 by the Yorkshire Engine Company, with the engine seen displayed in the Exhibition Hall at Swanwick Junction, Midland Railway Centre on 12th August 2015. It is pictured here showing the door to the rear of the cab, with a railed veranda which was an unusual feature on British Railways locomotives.
