The lofty heights of the M48 Motorway Severn-Wye bridge near Chepstow provides an elevated view of DBC Class 60 No. 60007 'The Spirit of Tom Kendell' as it powers the diverted 13:00 Theale-Robeston discharged tanks. The diversions have been put in place in connection with ongoing GWML electrification programme which has required a six week closure of the Severn Tunnel. In the distance Oldbury Power station is just seen on a beautiful 22nd September 2016.
