The railway town of Swindon is just visible in the distance as DBC Class 60 No. 60007 'The Spirit of Tom Kendell' passes Purton oil Depot atop the 13:00 Theale-Robeston discharged tanks on 28th September 2016. This is one of a number services that are currently diverted via the 'Golden Valley' line due the planned six week closure of the Severn tunnel in connection with the ongoing GWML electrification programme.
