With the heavens opening, West Coast operated BR Class 33/0 No. 33029 pauses at Stafford with the Branch Line Society The Park Royal Parkinson railtour on the evening of 9th March 2020. The Crompton had worked the tour along with Class 47 No. 47746 from London Paddington via Park Royal, Bicester, Coventry and the Trent Valley. The tour would end at Lancaster later that evening.
