DRS class 68s Nos. 68006 Daring and 68002 Intrepid approach Kirkby in Furness on 17th June 2021, with the 16.19 Heysham Harbour - Sellafield nuclear flask working. The pair had left Heysham 45 minutes late as the outbound working was delayed 90 minutes by the failure of No. 68007 at Sellafield which resulted in No. 68002 running solo as far as Carnforth where No. 68006 was attached, having been scrambled from Crewe Gresty Bridge.
