BR Class AL6 No. E3122 arrives at Stockport with an Euston to Manchester Piccadilly service on 28th June 1972. The locomotive became No. 86012 under the TOPS system, and later renumbered to No. 86312, then No. 86412, finally No. 86612. It has only recently been retired by Freightliner.
