The evening sun shines over the Wiltshire town of Swindon as EWS-liveried Class 66/0 No. 66087 awaits departure time with the 13:24 Calvert- Tytherington empties on 24th August 2021. Swindon, like many stations along the GWML has seen many changes to its railway infrastructure in recent years with the transference of signalling control to Didcot and the introduction of both GWR 25kV Class 800 IET and Class 387 EMUs.
