A new container flow has recently begun operation between Coatbridge and Tilbury with DRS providing traction. On 9th January 2022, DRS Class 88 No. 88003 Genesis powers through Oxenholme with the 11.40 Coatbridge Down Refuge Siding - Tilbury International Rail Freight Terminal containers.
