Two Transport for Wales services pass at Gatcombe on 26th September 2022. Class 170 No. 170203 heads the 13:07 Cardiff Central to Gloucester while Class 158 No. 158826 makes up the 13:46 service from Cheltenham Spa to Maesteg. They are passing the ongoing works to stabilise the Severnside cliffs, the current phase costing £25m. Three of Slimbridges common cranes are feeding in the foreground.
