Former Northern Class 144 No. 144002 is pictured at the Dales school in Blyth avoiding the fate of the scrap man. The unit was seen on George Clark's amazing spaces after been converted into a library with plans for the second carriage to be converted into STEM learning and a place to teach children railway safety.
