LSL operated Class 47/4, sporting its pre-TOPS identity of D1924, No. 47810 ‘Crewe Diesel Depot' sits in a bay at Edinburgh Waverley station on 24th February 2023. The Class 47 was on emergency stand by for the three-day 'Push-Pull Scottish Tour' charter operated by classmate No. 47712 during the weekend. In the event, No. 47712 performed faultlessly throughout the weekend.
