Privately owned Class 86 No. 86259 Les Ross / Peter Pan is seen stabled at Preston on 1st February 2025. The loco had worked the outbound leg of the RTC Cumbrian Mountain Express from London Euston as far as Carnofrth where 34067 Tangmere took over for the run over Shap to Carlisle.
