DRS Class 68 No. 68006 Pride of the North with Class 66/4 No. 66433 Carlisle Power Signal Box 50th Anniversary 1973 - 2023 a failure inside with 11:30 York Yard North - Daventry Int Rft Reception Fl Intermodal service. The train was previous days 05:55 Coatbridge - Daventry with locomotive 66433 which became a complete failure at Copmanthorpe on Up Main. Rescue was by Class 60 No. 60026 Helvellyn off 12:00 Drax - Tyne Coal Terminal empty Biomass put to York Holgate Sidings. The Class 60 then went to rear of failed train and dragged it back to York via platform 3 to Skelton Junction and put to Yard North where it remained overnight and 60026 back to it's train. Today 68006 came from Toton to work train on 4th May 2025.
