Following four years out of service WCRC Class 57 No. 57008 has been overhauled and returned to the mainline. Looking very smart No. 57008 with WCRC Class 37 No. 37706 dead in tow heads away from Hellifield on 18th June 2025 with the 11.23 Carnforth Steamtown - Keighley and Worth Valley Railway conveying six carriages hired in for the forthcoming Diesel Gala.
