The last months of Duchess Class 8P 4-6-2 No. 6233 Duchess of Sutherland have seen the black livery gain increasing respect from linesiders. On August 21 No. 6233 makes a fine sight as it passes Pleasington with the southbound Cumbrian Mountain Express from Carlisle to Liverpool Lime St.
