The recent announcement of a refurbishing programme for Class 60 locomotives was closely followed by the release of No. 60099 in a promotional livery for Tata Steel. The newly restored No. 60099 is seen at Liverpool Bulk Terminal on 18th January drawing an mgr trainset through the bulk loader for transit to Fiddlers Ferry power station.
