The Threlkeld Quarry Mining Museum held its annual gala at the end July presaaged by a photo charter arranged by Dave Tillington with the locomotive fleet on July 27 2012.
During the event the locos were lined up in the quarry led by Hudswell Clarke 1643 0-6-0WT at the head of Orenstein & Koppel 2378 Utrilas; Bagnall 2135 0-4-0ST Sir Tom; Avonside 2067 0-4-0T Marchlyn and WilBrighton No. 2 0-4-0VB Paddy.
