Canadian Pacific Class GM FP7A No. 4069 is seen at Squamish BC at the West Coast Railway Heritage Park on 19th September 2012. This locomotive of 1500 HP was built in 1952 and was used to cut 16 hours off the steam haulage time from Montreal to Vancouver. The Heritage Park is not on the usual tourist routes in Canada, but is only an hour by car from Vancouver, and is well worth a visit.
