West Coast Railways Class 47 No. 47760 arrives into Shrewsbury with the Railtourer Welsh Borders Steam Special from Skegness via Crewe. The plan was for the 47 to be replaced by LMS Black 5 4-6-0 No. 44932 from Crewe however the steamer failed on route from Carnforth to Crewe around the Lancaster area with a superheater tube failure. The trailing loco is 47500 on 6th October 2012.
