CNR Class GR-12-b No. 906, built by General Motors in 1953, stands plinthed on a short section of track at the St Johns Railroad Heritage Centre on 2nd June 2015. This is one of several heritage sites along the length of the former Newfoundland Railway which closed in 1988. It was built to a gauge of 3ft 6in with a total track length of 906 miles.
