Over the 9th - 11th March the sight and sound of a steam locomotive returned to Bromyard station and the old line to Worcester. Kerr Stuart Wren Class locomotive No. 3114 built in 1918 was on it's way from the Vale of Rheidol tourist railway in Wales to the London Museum of Water and Steam and stopped off at the private Linton and Bromyard Railway for a series of special photo events for enthusiasts. The private narrow gauge railway runs from the old station yard for over a mile on the disused line to Worcester which last closed under the Beeching cuts in the 1960s.
