Sitting on the 1839 built viaduct Manchester Oxford Road is unique in being constructed when rebuilt in 1960 in laminated timber to reduce the weight of the structure on the original viaduct and is now Grade2 listed being described by Pevsner as an outstanding modern design. TfW Class 175 No. 175008 calls in Platform 3 on 11.44 Llandudno-Manchester Airport on 19th February 2019
