Running into Ramsbottom station on 19th October 2019 is Hunslet Built Austerity 0-6-0 No. 2890. The loco was built during the Second World War (1943) and was designed to be cheaply produced and easy to maintain in an effort to preserve resources. She served as a military engine under Number 75041.
