West Coast Railways Class 47/7 No. 47746 'Chris Fudge' enters the down goods loop at Hellifield on 8th September 2022, with 'The Dalesman' from York to Carlisle. The loco was replaced at Hellifield with steam traction, Merchant Navy class Pacific No. 35018 'British India Line' going forward to Carlisle.
