Ex LNER class V2 No. 60800 'Green Arrow' is pictured at York. I believe this was the 'Tees-Tyne Venturer' railtour hauled from Wolverhampton on 30th October 1999, by Deltic No. D9000 and is awaiting departure for Newcastle.
