An hour after sunrise on a frosty 4th March 2025 Northern Class 156 Nos.156404 and Class 150 150122 depart New Mills South Junction, after arriving with the 07.03 ECS move from Stockport Car MD. They procedure involves a reversal to the down slow before travelling the short distance to New Mills Central to form the 07.46 service to Manchester Piccadilly.
