On 7th April 2025, at Chesterfield, Colas Rail Class 37 No. 37254 heads a Network Rail Inspection Train from Derby RTC to Chester Middle Yard taking in, amongst other places, New Mills, Cross Newydd, Wrexham, Runcorn, and Warrington.
